How long does the subscription last ?
How long does the subscription last ?
The subscription plan lasts for a minimum of 6 months and is month to month after that. Cancel anytime after the 6 months have passed. If you cancel, you don’t keep the site (otherwise everyone would just do that and we'd be out of business!).
What happens if I cancel before the 6 months is over ?
What happens if I cancel before the 6 months is over ?
If you cancel before the 6 months, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost (2300$) minus what you already paid. We value long-term partnerships with our clients and encourage them to embrace the same mindset.
Can I add unlimited edits and support to the lump sump package ?
Can I add unlimited edits and support to the lump sump package ?
Yes, we offer a $100 per month subscription add-on for unlimited edits and support. This requires a minimum commitment of 6 months. The subscription cannot be paused or toggled on and off intermittently. If you decide to cancel and later wish to reactivate it, you will need to commit to another 6-month term.
What's the difference between lump sum and subscription ?
What's the difference between lump sum and subscription ?
The primary difference between the lump sum and subscription plans lies in long-term versus short-term costs. With a subscription, you’ll pay more over time, but the payments are broken down into small, manageable, and affordable monthly installments. This option is ideal for those who prefer spreading out costs and value the ongoing service and support included in the subscription. On the other hand, the lump sum option allows you to pay for everything upfront, covering the design and development costs in one go. While this requires a larger initial investment, it saves you more money in the long run since there are no recurring monthly fees. This option is best suited for those who prefer to handle costs upfront and don’t require ongoing service packages. Ultimately, the choice depends on your cash flow and financial goals. If you prioritize affordability and ongoing support, the subscription plan is the better fit. However, if you want to minimize long-term costs and don’t need monthly services, the lump sum option is the most cost-effective solution.

How long does it take to build a website?
We generally finish a website from start to finish within 2-4 weeks. It's also dependent on how soon clients respond to our content and image requests.

Do we own our domain ?
Yes, you own your domain. Even if we purchased the domain on your behalf, we will transfer it to you when you cancel your subscription with us.
Do you use wordpress or any site builders ?
Do you use wordpress or any site builders ?
No, everything we create is crafted with custom, hand-written code. We don’t use page builders. This sets us apart from others—we dedicate the time and effort to deliver unique solutions, which is reflected in the quality of our work and the strong online presence our clients achieve after launch. Our custom-coded sites offer significant advantages over platforms like WordPress. They are faster, more secure, and easier to maintain. Unlike WordPress, which relies heavily on plugins and databases, our sites are lightweight and free from unnecessary bloat. This means no constant updates to plugins or the platform itself, which are often required to prevent vulnerabilities. With WordPress, failing to update can lead to serious issues, such as your site being hacked or redirected to malicious content. Our approach eliminates these risks entirely. Additionally, our sites don’t have databases or other common entry points for hackers, making them inherently more secure. There’s simply nothing for attackers to exploit, no matter how persistent they are. This ensures peace of mind for our clients, as they don’t have to worry about constant security patches or potential breaches. Finally, our custom-built solutions are highly responsive and tailored to your specific needs. They are easier to customize, more cost-effective in the long run, and provide a streamlined experience without the limitations of pre-built templates or page builders.
How do you handle late payments ?
How do you handle late payments ?
Each invoice includes a 7-day grace period for payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, a $25 late fee will be applied. For subscription plans, if multiple invoices remain overdue for an extended period, we may terminate the contract, and the client will be required to pay the full cost of the site. While we strive to be flexible and understanding of individual circumstances—often offering assistance when needed—lack of communication or response forces us to take necessary steps to ensure fair compensation for our work and efforts.
What do you use to take payment and what payment methods do you accept ?
What do you use to take payment and what payment methods do you accept ?
We issue email invoices through Square, which include a secure link for entering payment details. Subscription payments are processed via credit or debit cards, and we accept all major credit cards. For lump sum projects, payments are made via bank transfer to reduce processing fees. Please note that we do not accept checks or money orders.
$100 per additional page, is that one time or monthly ?
$100 per additional page, is that one time or monthly ?
The $100 fee for each additional page is a one-time charge, not a recurring cost. For example, if you need 3 extra pages, the total cost will be $300, paid once. It’s not $300 per month—that would be unreasonable!
Are there refunds ?
Are there refunds ?
If you sign a contract, whether for a lump sum or a subscription, and we are unable to create a design that you are completely satisfied with and decide not to proceed, we will refund your initial payment. However, once we move forward with building the site, refunds are no longer available. Any further refunds will be at our discretion.
