How long does the subscription last ?

The subscription plan lasts for a minimum of 6 months and is month to month after that. Cancel anytime after the 6 months have passed. If you cancel, you don’t keep the site (otherwise everyone would just do that and we'd be out of business!).

What happens if I cancel before the 6 months is over ?

If you cancel before the 6 months, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost (2300$) minus what you already paid. We value long-term partnerships with our clients and encourage them to embrace the same mindset.

Can I add unlimited edits and support to the lump sump package ?

Yes, we offer a $100 per month subscription add-on for unlimited edits and support. This requires a minimum commitment of 6 months. The subscription cannot be paused or toggled on and off intermittently. If you decide to cancel and later wish to reactivate it, you will need to commit to another 6-month term.

What's the difference between lump sum and subscription ?

The primary difference between the lump sum and subscription plans lies in long-term versus short-term costs. With a subscription, you’ll pay more over time, but the payments are broken down into small, manageable, and affordable monthly installments. This option is ideal for those who prefer spreading out costs and value the ongoing service and support included in the subscription. On the other hand, the lump sum option allows you to pay for everything upfront, covering the design and development costs in one go. While this requires a larger initial investment, it saves you more money in the long run since there are no recurring monthly fees. This option is best suited for those who prefer to handle costs upfront and don’t require ongoing service packages. Ultimately, the choice depends on your cash flow and financial goals. If you prioritize affordability and ongoing support, the subscription plan is the better fit. However, if you want to minimize long-term costs and don’t need monthly services, the lump sum option is the most cost-effective solution.
